Winter Woofs Art Competition
MADRA are excited to launch our Christmas Card Competition. We are looking for all the amazing artists in Primary Schools, to take part in our competition to help us raise funds for our rescue dogs. The winner’s design will feature on one of our Christmas Cards for 2023. We would like you to paint, sketch or draw a festive image of your dog/dogs and send it to us.
Be part of something special and have your Christmas-themed artwork printed on a card!
The winning entry will have their festive dog pawtrait printed on a Christmas card.
How to enter?
- Design a Christmas-themed drawing of a dog or dogs using pencils, inks, crayons, paints, colouring pencils etc,
- You can draw your own dog or a friend’s dog or any dog really. Have you seen our rescue dogs, would you like to draw one of them? You can see our current rescue dogs on our website https://www.madra.ie/dog-profiles/
- There is no need to add any text, slogans or greetings etc. to the picture. We will add these in at the card production stage.
- Parents/Guardian take a clear photo of your artwork and send it to the following email winterwoofs@MADRA.ie (keep the original in case we need it)
- Please be sure to include the child’s full name and age, parent’s contact details
Terms and Conditions
One entry per person
Winners will be chosen within 7 days of the closing date.
Entrants must send all required details, name, age etc when submitting to be eligible to win
Submission of artwork is taken as giving permission for it to be used for print and on social media platforms
All artwork must be original work
Entries open: 29th August 2023
Closing date: Friday 6th of October with winner announced on Social media. Late entries cannot be accepted.
