Donations

By completing the transaction, you agree and understand that: you are making a donation to MADRA - Mutts Anonymous Dog Rescue & Adoption. Stripe & PayPal processes your charitable contribution. Your credit card/billing statement will show your donation was made to “MADRA”.

Fees

There are credit card processing fees as well as partner platform fees (if applicable).  If you wish to donate through the Service (“Donations”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Donation including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Donation; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your Donation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: service availability, errors in the description of the Donation, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating our offerings of services on the Service. The services available on our Service may be described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites.
We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including addresses and services offered. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MADRA - Mutts Anonymous Dog Rescue & Adoption, Inc and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms.
